This hotel was special, with flawless service and ideal location to the Mutianyu Great Wall cable car station. Truly enjoyed staying at the superior queen room. We had a comfortable bed, a shower, hair dryers, and bath robes. Location: the property was not far from other areas, and a beautiful and clean nature. Also, it was 10 min drive from Toboggan Ride.

Everything was perfect, had a very relaxing stay at the Brickyard-our second visit. The fruit and eggs were great. Stunning and lovely location to the cable car was a plus.

Spectacular view, cozy fireplace room, accommodating staff, amazing massage, delightful Jacuzzi, friendly reception.

Beautiful property in a quiet village near Beijing. Helpful staff and personalized experience. Convenient for hiking to the Great Wall. Lovely rooms and communal areas with local decor. Great breakfast and delicious dinner options, especially the dumplings.

I recently stayed at a retreat near the Mutianyu Great Wall cable car station and I was thrilled with my experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main area where the cable car is. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of the Great Wall. The bathroom was well-designed and had beautiful mirrors. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh eggs and cheese. The retreat had a cozy fireplace area and I can't wait to return in the summer to relax in the big leather chairs.

The only downside was the expensive wine list, but I will definitely bring my own next time.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were courteous and kind, going out of their way to help me. The hotel grounds were beautiful and it was incredibly convenient to visit the Great Wall using the hotel's shuttle bus. The room I stayed in was absolutely gorgeous, with an amazing view out of the window. The food at the hotel restaurant was also really delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay near the Great Wall. The location made it easy to get taxis to other areas if needed and I was excited to see a lodging that allowed for a bit more time to explore the area before heading back to the capital and up to the cable car to the wall.

I had an outstanding stay at Brickyard Retreat! The staff took very good care of me, and the homemade noodles were absolutely delicious. The view from my room of the Great Wall was unparalleled and waking up to that sight was truly unforgettable. The Brickyard provided a shuttle to the entrance of the wall, making it easily accessible for exploration. I highly recommend this hotel.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This hotel is located very close to the Great Wall and offers a shuttle up to the wall where you can clamber up on top. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff who consulted with me daily regarding my vegetarian diet and the chefs who prepared delicious and personalized meals for me. The property itself is gorgeous, decorated with locally made tiles and glass. The rooms and communal areas were clean, and the breakfast from the menu was amazing.

This hotel is luxurious and exclusive, with superb amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the service was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the Spa & wellness centre, where I received a fabulous massage and body scrub. the Jacuzzi was a highlight, as was the spa lounge, where I relaxed with a beauty treatment.

The garden area was not well maintained, which was a minor issue. this hotel provided an exceptional experience, with private facilities and a location advantage near the Great Wall.

The hotel lacked bed-making and towel change service. There was noise from the village public address system early in the morning.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a wonderful time! the complimentary shuttle service was incredibly convenient for exploring the nearby village and the breathtaking views of the Great Wall from the terrace were unforgettable. Breakfast was included and delivered right to our villa, and the warm and welcoming staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Plus, the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious.

We did experience some water leakage during a heavy rainstorm, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally. we had a bit of a disagreement over who got the master bedroom, but it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment of the stay.

Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war ebenfalls schön, mit Blick auf die Meisterhäuser gegenüber dem Hotel.
